The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was completely smoke free, which was very often not the case in other hotels in China. There was no smell of smoking in our room at the Holiday Inn in Kunming.

The location is great. The Dongfeng metro station is on the left, walk about 5 minutes to the station, it is under the Springุุ66 mall. You can take line 6 from the airport and change to line 2 (blue line) taking one stop to the Donfeng station and take a walk to the hotel, very easy. The Kumning railway station is only 3 stops from Dongfeng station, very convenience if you take a train to Dali and Lijiang.

The hotel is located in the center of the Kunming city, a walking distance to shopping centers, restaurants, and metro station. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The hotel staffs were nice and helpful. We enjoyed the stay in the hotel. We will choose the same hotel next time!

Room very comfortable, hotel location, staff and breakfast. The hotel is clean and well organized. All the staff very courteous and the front desk very helpful.

Nice clean modern hotel. Good location not far from train station and not far from centre. Has to pay extra for breakfast, I thought it was included with booking.com. but it was a very good selection and breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel for a week due to a flight being cancelled over COVID.This was by far the best customer service I have received in living /traveling in China for three years.The staff went above and beyond in accommodating my needs.I was thrilled as usually there some remnants of cigarette smoke in Chinese hotels but not this one.The room was incredibly quiet.The fitness center had decent weights and treadmills.It was within walking distance to many things.The front desk staff needs to be commended on their competence and hospitality.I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone! Thank you to everyone!

Room was well equipped with facilities. House-keeping was exemplary - topped up half used items without requesting, even gave additional bottles of water even though I checked in as 1 pax only after noticing that it wasn't enough for me.

Almost everything. Hotel is very close to the metro station and shopping mall with absolutely great number of excellent restaurants
